Terms & Conditions:
The team at MBC always aims to give the best beauty experience to their clients. You should feel nothing short of royalty on your special day, in order to ensure that there are no discrepancies between us & our client's, some points to keep in mind prior to booking your makeup services have been mentioned below.
Bookings (For All Makeup Categories):
1. In order to secure your booking date you will be required to pay 50% advance payment, and the remaining 50% to be paid on the day of the event. The amount will not be refundable under any circumstances. We do not hold any bookings that have not paid their security deposit.
2. The makeup would be conducted at the client's venue. The travel charges shall apply depending on the location in Delhi/NCR.
3. The consultation session for the Brides styling & looks will be included in the Bridal Makeup booking.
4. In order to maintain a professional work environment, the client is requested to provide ample space for the team to do their work with ease. Apart from the client and our team, strictly no one would be allowed in the space where the makeup and hair will be done.
5. In the event of a date or time slot change, the client has to inform us 45 days prior to the initial event date. According to the availability, we shall change the date/time slot, the charges may also differ depending on new event date/slot. In case we are not informed on time, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
6. In the event of cancellation from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, we shall refund the full advance payment and try to find you a suitable Makeup Artist for your special day.
7. Saree Draping & Nail paint is not included in the Party Makeup category, if there is any requirement for Saree Draping/Nail paint then the client will have to inform us at the time of booking. The arrangement will be done on chargeable basis.
8. Hair Accessories/Hair Extensions/Fresh Flower's would be arranged at chargeable basis, to be discussed at the time of booking.
9. Single party makeup bookings will not be accepted unless you are booking a minimum of two makeup's.
10. When booking your appointment kindly be mindful of the time slot you're booking for as we have to allocate a specific time slot for each client, if you delay your allotted time slot then we get delayed for next appointments hence a late fee of Rs. 2000 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for a scheduled appointment.
11. Picture's that we take of the client after makeup & hair styling can be posted on our Instagram/Facebook/Website. If you have any objections then kindly let us know.
All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitised. All products are sanitised between every makeup application. Any skin conditions or sensitivities of the client(s) should be reported to the Makeup Artist prior to application, and if needed, a sample test of makeup could be performed on skin.
- ANY advance payment's that would be made towards your booking shall be non-refundable since the slot on the requested date has been specifically allocated to you which results in lost earnings/bookings for us.
- If you book for your relative's/friend's, please make sure that you give us an exact number at the time of booking as the advance paid for group party makeup's will be non-refundable.
The following Terms & Conditions apply for bookings outside Delhi/NCR.
We travel globally for all makeup appointments, certain points to adhere to when making an outstation booking.
1. Travel & accommodation arrangements shall be made by the client for the team of MBC.
2. Flight arrangements along with travel from & to the airport would be arranged by the client. In case of a destination where air travel is not possible, the charges for travelling by cab shall be reimbursed by the client.
3. The accommodation shall be provided in any 4 star above hotel along with meals*.
4. At the time of booking we would require the exact number of makeups that are required.
